By accessing or using this Dental Clinic Management System (“the System”), you (“the User”) agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this License Agreement. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you must not use the System.
The System is provided for authorized dental clinic operations only. The User is granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the System solely for managing clinic operations, patient records, and related administrative tasks.
Any future updates or new features will be provided only if explicitly agreed upon between the User and the Provider. The Provider is not obligated to implement updates unless part of a prior written agreement.
The User agrees not to disclose or share any part of the System’s structure, code, or operations with third parties.
The Provider reserves the right to terminate access to the System at any time if the User violates any term of this Agreement.
